The concept of Fluffy's was born out of our fascination with great food, inspiring us to create one of the fluffiest dishes you will ever taste and an icon of Japanese street food culture: The Fluffy Pancake.
At the same time, we decided to give a unique twist to classic Mexican breakfasts, blending our Fluffy Pancakes with traditional Mexican cuisine and a wide range of beverages to create combinations for every taste.
But one thing was still missing… the warmth that only a Mexican home can make you feel. Because of this, Fluffy's is characterized not only by its dishes and drinks, but also because every time someone visits us, we make sure they feel right at home, surrounded by family and a delicious breakfast.
And so, our first location was born in 2022 in the heart of the Versalles culinary neighborhood in Puerto Vallarta. From the very beginning, it became a resounding success thanks to our team, the visitors who travel from all over the world, but above all, thanks to the people of Puerto Vallarta and Bahía de Banderas, whom we deeply appreciate.
Thanks to the trust of our guests, in December 2024 we opened the doors to our second Fluffy's location in Zona Romántica. Today, from both of our locations, we continue writing our story…
